The DSP costs $94 per patient annually, which includes a new patient exam, x-ray, and annual whitening. It also includes 30% off cleaning and treatments! For every year that you enroll in the program, you will continue to receive your whitening treatment along with 30% off exams, cleanings, and treatments.
